miBirmingham.com -- Birmingham MI Real Estate

Over the last few weeks we have been working on the newest addition to our expanding e-real estate empire. OK, I exaggerate slightly about the empire. We have, however, worked diligently for the last year on improving our web presence to better serve our clients and to attract new clients. So far, so good.

miBirmingham.com is our newest site. We plan to make it a destination for Birmingham MI real estate information and home sales.

For the Realtors out there, this is our second Point2Agent site, but the first time we have really gotten one successfully launched. I have been a homes.com subscriber for years and it would difficult for me to say I have been satisfied with homes.com in a long time. I am very impressed with P2A's services and flexibility. They have a lot of features that I have been asking other providers for literally for years. Built in blogs was a biggie for me, and miBirmingham.com has one. Our primary blog is still at miOaklandCounty.com, but I love having the functionality on the site. If you don't have a p2a site, the most basic plan is free. Drop me an email if you would like an invitation to get one of your own.

I like your site on P2. I also like your sweet smell tip. I'm going to try that when I don't have dinner ready because I've been on AR:)  I have a P2 site, not as well developed as yours, but in one month got three actual leads. I am definitely considering the upgrade.

I just did the upgrade and all of that other stuff appeared on the site.  Lots of free content once you start paying.

I have the professional site and am considering have Suzanne ( on AR ) customize it. Yours looks great. Can't wait to meet you.

yeah, suzannes sites are beautiful.  It would be nice to have it customized.

"Lots of free content once you start paying"  bit of a paradox:)  I think I may upgrade though, I like the look of your site.

Who is Suzanne?

You got me there Karen.  Its not so free afterall.  I consider it free because it is the other features I want, not necessarily all of that content.  But you are right, I am just leasing the content.

Suzanne is Suzanne Stephens.  Missy and I both know her from E-Pro.  Actually I invited her to join AR last August, but it looks like she joined very recently.

Thanks Maureen. I just checked her site out. She has some amazing designs!

Thanks again for the tip, Maureen.  I could use a few more websites! :0

Maureen,

Your site looks great. I've had a free p2p site for over a year. I never really used it. A few months ago I got an email saying I haven't logged on for a while and they would shut me down after 100 days. I went on and added a listing, I was so impressed how everything was so easy, I was able to put my company page with my MLS IDX in 2 seconds. I was automatically able to put it on craigslist with a virtual tour.

Funny thing, Mitchell, I got the same type of e-mail from P2A about a week ago.  I got my free one a few years ago but never really did much to customize it.  I keep meaning to work on it and optimize it.

Maureen, I checked out your new site.  Looks good and you've already got a PR3.  Kewl!

Leanne, I have had the domain for a few years pointing elsewhere.  I guess that helped.

I have been with Point2 for years and I do have to say they are heads above anyone else for real estate websites.  The key with them is they listen to us and implement the changes we need to help grow our business.  I was with several different companies until I found Point2 and I won't change, they are simply the best.
