Why I Moved to Keller Williams

Our move to Keller Williams represents the single most significant positive change we have made to our real estate business. Before joining Keller Williams, we were among the very top agents in our office at the largest Prudential affiliate in Arizona. We built our business and our team through hard work, persistence and a true passion for people and the real estate business. Those factors enabled us to grow into the top 3% of Prudential agents nationwide.

So why change companies when things were going, by most measures, pretty well? The answer, in retrospect, is fairly simple. Success requires constant growth and a drive to achieve everything you are capable of attaining. In my opinion, Keller Williams is the only company in real estate that provides you the tools and the opportunity to achieve that true success. The company culture, training, compensation model and the caliber of the other agents and the support staff are truly unique in the real estate industry. The environment of "win-win" exists everywhere you look. The changes we have made to our business and ourselves since joining Keller Williams are nothing short of awesome. We are now in business "with our broker" and the value they provide to us is irreplaceable.
