20 Ways to use your Real Estate Virtual Assistant

1.     Virtual Tours- A virtual assistant can create some pretty amazing virtual tours for you with online service providers (pictures provided by you or a photographer you have hired). Or they can work with a 3rd part Virtual Tour company in terms of making sure they have the information needed to get the tour done.

  2.    Online Transaction Coordination- Are you ready to go paperless?? Let your REVA handle all of your     transactions through an Online Transaction platform (SettlementRoom, Relay, Transaction Point etc). You will be amazed at the amount of time a REVA can save you from having to chase down signatures and make sure the inspector and anybody else that is involved is scheduled and on time. The best part is you can even pay your REVA at closing. Most REVA's will charge a flat fee per transaction and may even give you a closing CD for you and your client for each transaction that way it is all put on a disk and there is not the stack of paperwork that is needed on file.

3.     Marketing Material- Every agent needs assistance with this just listed postcards, just sold postcards, listing brochures, listings via online means. It almost seems like this is endless. Let your REVA assist you in keeping things straight. They can even design the material for you or work with a graphic designer of your choice to make sure you get the quality of material that you require as a professional.  Your Real Estate Virtual Assistant can also coordinate with outside printing companies to make sure that the printing gets done and is delivered to you on time. If you are having your Real Estate Virtual Assistant mail the material she/he will make sure this gets out to prospects as requested.

4.    Single Listing Websites- This is another way to use the education of your REVA to your advantage! Most of them have been trained on the latest technology and software out there giving them the ability to create stunning listing websites that are sure to get your listings sold!!

5.     Client Relations- Let your REVA handle your client relations whether it is sending a handwritten thank you note to a prospective buyer, past client or other agent for a referral, or organizing and putting together a listing presentation gift for your prospective client.  You can also utilize your REVA in shopping for, purchasing and/or (if you have a really creative REVA) creating a closing gift for your clients.  You may also consider using your REVA to send out Birthday cards on a monthly basis, anniversary cards, graduation etc.
