This just made me sick and infuriated me. No wonder our job market is starting to go to crap and Americans jobs arn't being outsourced anymore! Heck they just are being rejected OUTRIGHT! Now isn't that nice.

This is just wrong. Just think about all the Americans that want that job and have applied for it and it was all for nothing. So so bad.
I'm not sure I understand what the fake job ads were or why they encourage green cards for immigrants. If you offered any examples, they didn't post - I notice there's a large space in the middle of your post.
