The Census Bureau just released Gilbert as being the 5^th fastest growing city in the U.S.! That’s great because we have room for more. That’s right; we presently have 2667 active listings to sell. The Gilbert Republic stated that Gilbert added 13,860 people between 2005 and 2006. With numbers like that you wouldn’t think there would be any concern for the local housing market…Unfortunately, there are many other variables. First and foremost, Gilbert has been averaging home sales of approximately 300 per month through the MLS. At this rate we have just less than 9 months of inventory
