Once you have decided to purchase a new home You should follow a few simple steps to help locate your dream home.

Step #1

Start by compiling a list of features that you want in your next home. When you write down a feature explain in writig why you want that particular feature. Put these in the order of priority. As you go through the buying process you may have to make some compremising so prioritizing is key. Also talk with your Realtor about location. This is the biggest decision you will make. Have your Realtor share local information about each area of interest.
