Remember, when you hire a Realtor, that Realtor has a obligation to act in YOUR BEST INTEREST! It is of utmost importance to let your agent know what ever is relevant. I can't tell you how often clients come to me and keep information from me, for fear that it will hurt them in some way to let me know. Maybe they are embarrassed or afraid to let me know the real situation. I KNOW that many other agents are experiencing this as well.

The problem lies when, if you keep information from someone who is representing you, then HOW can they represent you? I for one take my clients information and use it to help them. I am always on their side. I work to help them achieve their goals, and make the move that they hope to make. If you withhold some information that is relevant to your Real Estate aspirations ~ I can not do my job as efficiently or effectively.

I know that many people think the world is not on their side, and everyone is out for themselves, but that is simply not true. There are a lot of great people out there that are willing to lend a hand and help out. So, just relax and let your hair down and let your agent know what is motivating your move, what you want and what you really need. You will have a far better working relationship, and your move will be far less stressful.
