Fanwood New Jersey's Monthly Multifamily Property Market Analysis - February 2007

Fanwood has very few multifamily properties, so it stands to reason that there are few available for sale. However, what Fanwood lacks in numbers it more than makes up for in character and charm.

There were two properties available for sale in February, with an average list price of $724,900.  The average days on market were roughly 89.. Interestingly enough, there was 1 new listing with a sales price of $749,900. No multifamily properties went under contract in February. Neither were there any closed  sales in February.

This month Fanwood joins the ranks of other  communities in New Jersey, where properties are taking longer to sell.
