10 Commandments of Real Estate Professionals

This is my list of the 10 Commandments for Real Estate Professionals to follow. It is under copyright and protected as of this day, set forth July Sixteenth, Two Thousand and Seven. All those that seek to use part of or all of the list herin must seek my written permission.

Thou shalt not put one's goals and objectives ahead of our clients.

Thou shalt not misrepresent a transaction.

Thou shalt not miss important signing days.

Thou shalt not miss weekly client updates.

Thou shalt not speak bad of competitors and associates.

Thou shalt not solicit business by unethical means.

Thou shalt not over-promise and under-deliver.

Thou shalt not complicate a transaction, but rather add clarity to it.

Thou shalt not give advice to consumers questions online for states which they are not licensed in or have an expertise on.

Thou shalt not drop the ball on clients.
