I wasn't aware that waterfront homes were being built in Aberdeen. I happen to live in a waterfront home (condo) in Havre de Grace just a few miles away. Let me know if you need to know anything about the area? I'd be happy to fill you in. It's a wonderful place to live.
That is a very cool beach house. Are there decks on both sides? I can't tell, with the garage at the front, if there's any living space (or just basement) at the garage level. It's a great looking house, in keeping with the beach theme.
Lenn, I knew that you were great with maps, but did you do the graphic of the house as well?
Thanks Ed. I have an "arrangement" with the builder to send home buyers. You are right. It is a lovely area and great value for waterfront.
Laurie. The lower or entrance level has a recreation room and the garage.
George. I do the draft and have a graphic artist put the finishing touches on.
Hi Lenn - another of your great local posts! Love the pictures on this one - that little girl fishing is just adorable, and the water pictures are beautiful. Great localism post!
Ann
Good maps. Good graphics. Thanks for answering our question about permissions and use inquiries.
This sounds like a wonderful place to live! The sunsets "out my backdoor" on the water would be wonderful...DAY after DAY after DAY after DAY!! My husband and kids would love the fishing too! GREAT LOCALISM POST!!
There's something special about homes in the Chesapeake Bay area... I just love the whole area! What's the price range of the home in your post?
Ann. Thanks for stopping by. I love Localisms. Helps folks get to know the areas.
Gary. Thanks for commenting. My pleasure.
Susie. Thanks very much. Maryland has a lot of water. Different from Florida, but the Chesapeake Bay is a fabulous water way.
Leanne. I am almost finished. Just got the price in. THANKS FOR REMINDING ME.
Lenn - you are a master at your local community content. This is terrific. I always love your maps. Bet buyers eat this stuff up!
