Can You Be Objective Through Those Rose Colored Glasses?

By Definition:  To declare that a person is "seeing through rose-colored glasses " implies that they are an optimist , only seeing the good and neglecting to notice the bad.

Now... I am ALL for OPTIMISM and believe with every ounce of my being it is a beautiful thing.  My question is, is it affecting the sale of your home?

Can you honestly, objectively & realistically tell me that if you were a buyer you would pay your asking price with no attempted negotiations?

Really?  Blue shag carpet, flowered wallpaper, gold formica counters from the 70's and all?  Yeah, I didn't think so.

If you're selling a mansion, but to your buyers, it looks like this... You might have some challenges ahead.

Optimism has it's place... Don't forget that reality has it's place also!
