It's a Whole New Business - Gene Trowbridge -- book review

For those interested in group sponsorships of RE TIC's, or even securitized TIC's, this seems to be the current definitive text on the subject.   A little spendy at $295, but most likely worth it.  I'm only half way through but I know I'm going to get a lot of bang for investment. 

It's certainly making me think through some of the conflicts of interest issues for a REALTOR who wants to create a TIC offering on listings and then to place the offering with investors, one of whom might be yourself.  I'm still plowing through it and I'll provide an update when I am finished.
