
Metro List has released their June 2007 data for residential real estate sales in the North West Suburban area (roughly speaking: Adams County).
There were 909 residences listed for sale in June, compared to 882 in May.
The average list price was $325,814, down a little from $331,639 in May. 131 homes sold compared to 162 in May.
The average Days On Market was 95 in June and 87 in May.
The average sales price was $232,058 up a little from $225,843 the previous month.
At this same time last year in 2006, there were 945 homes on the market, 170 of them sold, the average Days On Market was 110, and the average sale price was $254,279.
