All very good questions to ask Realtors you are interviewing....
Sandra - thanks. It is amazing sometimes how sellers just go in blindly and don't ask the appropriate questions during an interview with perspective agents. Unfortunately many times a seller is persuaded by bad advise such as a pie in the sky price that the seller wants to believe is possible.
There are so many times over the years that I have not been asked any questions that you would think a home seller would ask. It really can be puzzling at times.
