Well, anyone who knows me, knows I love to talk real estate. So, a friend of mine suggested to start a blog and just start talking to people!! I'm new at this, so any advice on how to 'blog' would be great!!
I am a real estate professional. I know what I know and I know what I don't. And, I know the difference between the two. When I know, I'll tell you. When I don't know, I'll go find out. My top priority is that you always get the right answer. I'm a professional. How's that for a start?

Welcome to AR James. Its a good place to start and good place for ideas. If you would like to start your individual blog, try a free account at Blogger or Word Press.
WHen blogging, just remember to write your own things, and be yourself. Talk about your last showing appt and how it went. The last seller you worked with and how things went... just write about you and what you go through, and you'll be fine. You can also find real estate articles and talk about your opinion. Do not copy and paste those articles, but referencing them in order to talk about your opinion is good.
