Lizette--Sales for Lexington, Kentucky are not down as far as in the Twin Cities. It is really interesting to compare isn't it? Our numbers just released by the association show the sales in the 13 county metro to be down 16% as compared to the first half of 2006. Values are only down 2%.  Thanks for posting.

Lizette - It really is interesting to see what you're doing compared to the Tampa area.  I'm waiting for the 2005-2006 "life" to return to the market!  Thanks for keeping us posted out here on AR!!  Never know when I'll have referral business to send your way.

Lizette, I have always enjoyed reading the posts concerning market trends.  Lets keep at it, and hope things will come back around, and soon.  I wish you well.  And, thank you for sharing your post with us.

Teri - I'm thankful our market has stayed pretty strong. I hope I can stay busy through the Fall season.

Susie - You can bet if I have a referral for Tampa you will be the one I will call. I just sent one to Vegas a few days ago.

Bob- Thanks for stopping by. It's always good to hear from you!

Lizette - wonderful information to know. Would you be so kind and post this on the "National Real Estate Market Report?"  This is a post I did last week and your info would fit nicely in what we're seeking there. You can just cut and paste if you like, or with your permission, I'd do it for you. Thanks for sharing this valuable info!  B-)  Love your blog by the way, hope to mae it by more often!!  :-)

Brad - Good to hear from you! I did my copy and paste to your post. Thanks for the invite!

That's because you ROCK!!  Saw it over there and wanted to come back and say thanks!  I'm trying to stay out of the comments over there so It will be all about areas and the RE market!  Hoping to generate interest from communities all around the US that see localism.com.  Was hoping to eventually get comments from all 50 states!  I'm not giving up!!  Thanks again Lizette, you're the best!!  :-)

Brad - You are spending far too much time here! I just read that you make over 100 comments? You need a vacation but then again you probably would be commenting and blogging from a laptop.
