The Cove at Herriman Springs, Herriman Utah

I was showing home to a buyer a few weeks ago and we kind of stumbled upon a few homes in The Cove at Herriman Springs.  What a gem of a community!  I admit this was my first time visiting, and what a pleasant surprise.  The fishing pond at the entrance of the community is great - I saw a lot of families there just having fun.  The water feature on the right side of the entrance is also beautiful.  Throughout the main roads of the community, there is a stream flowing through a spacious area between the road the the property lines of the homes that line the road.  The owners maintain their yards very nicely, which is what I liked the most since if conveys pride of ownership.  And to top it off, the homes we looked at were nicely upgraded for the modest price.  

If you haven't been out to The Cove, I highly recommend it.
