Palmetto Florida is located on the west coast of Florida just north of Bradenton. Palmetto is cePalmetto Floridantrally located with easy access just across the Manatee River to Bradenton and Sarasota. You can also access St. Petersburg very easily from the Skyway Bridge from Palmetto. Tampa is just a hop skip and a jump up I-75 which can also be accessed from Palmetto.

Looks like a great little town with some neat old buildings.

Might I suggest that you put a link to a Google map or something - I have no idea where in Florida you are - with the bridge picture my guess is the Keys?  Am I close?

John, I wish I worked in the Keys.  Like Chris mentioned, that is the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in Palmetto that takes you over into St. Petersburg.

I will add a map though as you mentioned.
