This is really a Cool Tool. Type in your home page, and Trulia pulls your listings for you, and maps them. Gives you an HTML link that you can put anywhere. 3 sizes, or customize your own size. This is SO COOL!!!
Free of course.
Guess it would help if I told you where to get it from http://www.trulia.com/truliamap/

Interesting site. Thanks for the info
Greg - interesting tool for Realtors. Looks good on your sidebar.
Great tool. With so many companies like Trulia, Google Base, etc. it makes me wonder if the MLS is on it's last leg. If these companies came together and created a standard, the MLS would be in serious trouble!
Great tool I am going to try it.
You're right, this IS a cool tool, and thanks for sharing it. How long did it take you to put yours together? Can you just update it and keep it going?
Hi Greg... that is one great looking and very useful little gadget. As Brad said above, if (or when) a standard is created by any of the BIG guys, it could be a serious blow to the MLS but... smart realtors will learn to use, embrace and take advantage of all the new stuff as it happens.
Very cool thanks for the info
The problem with the standard is the same problem RETS has now. We have a standard, and every community wants to modify it for their local specialty. I think the MLS will continue, with more access by bigger engines. We'll see what the DOJ has to say in the end...
Thanks for the info. I will try it soon. I have my listing on some sites, but this sounds cool.
That is a great tool. There are so many great little gems out there that people can use to build there business.
cool... thanks for sharing.
That is great! Have you seen how often they update this?
Thanks for sharing the information. It even has some great little tools and services for non-agents like me.
Thanks for the information. I will try it out.
Greg, thanks for sharing this information. I have heard and seen trulia on the web. I never took the time to view. Great Post.
WOW! Great tool but the best thing is the price, FREE!
Thanks for this information.
Thanks for sharing this. I use Trulia, but hadn't used this particular feature yet. I like it!
Greg thanks for sharing this, we currently have google maps integrated into our internal listings but it only displays one property location at a time. This would be great for an overview map. I think I am going to investigate how we might add soething like this to our site.
Thank you so much for posting this.
Thanks for the info. I signed up with Trulia and received the Html code. It says to paste it into my web site, but I have no clue on how , or where to do that. Any advice?
Sandy
Google and Trulia and such are creating alot of great products, unfortunately they are somewhat limited in capabilities mainly due to the MLS systems....if the MLS systems don't "get with the times" I do feel that they could be on their last leg---although that would take some time....but its possible!
This is really nice. It's even nicer that it's free. :)
This is amazing! thank you!
Greg,
Thanks for the link to the tool. Looks interesting and the price is right!
This is one that I haven't found yet. Look's worthy of a close look. Thanks for sharing.
looks good, MLS looks to be in trouble in the future, with all these great tools to use
I agree with Tom. MLS better make some progressive moves if it's going to stay alive. Thanks for the tip and I'll try it out now.
Thanks for the tip, it sure will be interesting to see where this all is going
There's so much creative stuff out there - only by sharing with each other, as you've done here, will we get to know even the majority of it. Thanks.
Very nice. The Canadian MLS system is at risk as well I think. Pretty blah.
Point2agent is catching on big time up here.
Thanks for that tip. Love that it is free!
