"Real Estate Investing in Physically Distressed Properties" - As President of Flatirons Financial (Kansas City) and as a Professional, Civil Engineer with many years of construction experience, Shane and his associates will help us continue our indepth look at investing in REO's, foreclosures and distressed properties.  Focus will be on developing the construction narrative and developing a detailed plan for project success.
