The Fitness center has a variety of state of the art free weights,stair masters,treadmills,elliptical training,nautilus machines,rowing machines,life cycles,exercise balls,mat training and spinning classes. Personal trainers are available on site by appointment only. Other programs include Aquatics, Camping, Family, Childcare, Community Development, Sports, Teens

The Ultimate Sports Institute is available to all Broward County residents. The building is still under construction but should be completed very soon...they currently operate out of the YMCA.  The program goal is to help you get to your fullest physical potential.
