I'm just amazed at the power of Activerain! I met some wonderful clients,Tom, Peggy & Griffin that researched here on our website and then contacted me. They wanted to relocate to Kentucky from Illinois. It was Tom's dream to own a horse farm or just get as close as they could to that dream. Since Lexington is the Horse Capitol of the World, it's going to get you in the mood to be around horses!
On the second day of our tour they stepped into a fabulous house that backed up to some quaint farmland. The day we took a look, a farmer was in the field out side baling hay. It was a sunny day filled with excitement. I just knew they would love this home as soon as we stepped inside.
Last Friday we sat at the closing table and they became Kentucky homeowners. It all happened so fast and they were thrilled! Me too! I feel like we are old friends. I'm truly amazed just how easy and smooth everything went for them. I put together a team of people that made sure every single thing was done to make their experience perfect.

Congratulations Lizette...I joined Active Rain on February 12, 2007 and I am now working on my 7th lead from Active Rain. This is more leads in nealry 5 1/2 months than I had in 5 years with Realtor.com! Not only have I received the leads, my personal site as jumped on the Google Rankings. Before Active Rain you could not find my site on the 50th page of Google. Since Active Rain my site comes up on the 3rd or 4th page consistently and I am working to improve that. Good luck to you and I hope this is the first of many, many more happy clients for you.
