Laurie Manny has kept us updated from the start line.
I apologize for not getting an update from the finish line of the 44th Transpacific Race posted sooner. I have been extremely busy this week with work and ABR classes the last few days. Here are some pictures from the Ala Wai Boat Harbor where the finishers are gathering. There is a party atmosphere at the yacht clubs. I will be posting later with the final results and some more pictures.

Where do you find the time to take care of that?
Thanks for the update Randy! I was wondering where the pictures were! WooHoo! Just keep working...I know you had a couple of unsettling ones lately
Randy, nice job on the pictures!!! I have been a little busy to. It just seems that the time goes by so fast and the day is over before I know it. I haven't even had time to throw a short blog together lately.
You're having more fun than we are right now. Thanks for the photos.
Thanks Randy, nice pictures. I don't know what happened this week, the buyers are coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden. I showed property today to 3 sets of buyers, doing the same thru Monday. It's nice to be busy.
I can't even imagine doing a race like that where you can't see land. We have been involved with sailboat racing for quite some time (my husband more than me) but I just can't even imagine racing in the open ocean.
Randy, thank you for the beautiful photos!
Neal - I took the pictures right after an appointment in town.
Sally - I have other pictures. I am planning to take more as more of the yachts come in.
George - I know the feeling. I have been running crazy the last week or so.
Gary - I have been a little too busy this week for much fun. Hopefully I will catch a break after the weekend. It is already booked solid.
Laurie - I am getting sellers. I would trade for a couple of more buyers.
Marchel - It takes a special bread that is for sure.
Irina - I will post better pictures in the next few days as more of the yachts finish.
Randy, It was the same here until the last couple of weeks, now it is just out of control. It is that new lead gen system that was just installed on my outside blog. If this continues I am going to need a couple of buyers agents immediately, they are pouring in, ready to go. They search and call me to go before I even have a chance to get to them. I never saw anything like this before. Not complaining, just trying to hold on for the ride. LOL, sort of like me on a big sailboat out in the ocean, HA!
Randy,
Isn't it great when you carry your camera with you because you never know when you will get that great shot at the last minute? I did that recently..I was on Hollywood beach finding a condo for a friend of mine...and I took some nice shots for a localism piece I wrote recently.
Laurie - When we both a get a break, I need to talk to you about your blog and lead generator. I am hiring an assistant and she could help me with that.
Neal - I try to keep one or two digital cameras with me. You never know.
Randy,
Call anytime after 10AM my time.
Randy,
I get impatient with the 9 hour flight over to Hawaii! This is unbelievable! I just can't even imagine sailing for seventeen days to get there! Maybe you should let them know that we have planes today! :)
Lucky :)
Laurie - I will give you a call tomorrow (today) it is already morning.
Lucky - I think I would enjoy doing it once. Some of the big yachts do it in a few days.
I had a friend bring his sail boat across and it took him 30 days. That is a great way to get sea sick.
Randy..... busy? come on... lol Hey, I like the pictures. I love boating and the water. It looked like a good time, thanks for sharing this.
Jeff - I am hoping to hit the harbor later today or tomorrow if I get caught up a little.
