Springfield Mo Real Estate - July 2007

Nixa Walkout Basement Home

This year is passing quickly. July's production for the Kay Van Kampen Team is actually about the same as 2006. The difference for us - constant monitoring of the changing market.

The Springfield Mo real estate market still remains stable. The median sold price is $161,630. However, the number of units have dropped. This figure is an average of all homes in Christian County.

Great report, Kay. I'm glad you are doing as well as 2006. I know the consumers love you in Springfield, hot information.

Hi, Missy.  With all the negative information we have to offer this year, staying up with our numbers is really a test for us.  We're working a lot harder.  Sure will be glad when the market starts turning.  Good to hear from you.

Kay, my production for 2007 year to date is about two thirds of 2006.  Passing last year's total should not be difficult...the only problem is last year was pretty bad!  Things will only get better with time?!?!

The best thing I've learned about this market is not only are we working harder, we're learning to work smarter.  Just think what it will be like when the market returns.  Thanks for the post.
