Greenbush Train effect on Real Estate Values

Finally we are getting closer to being able to see (hear & feel) the effect of the Greenbush Train on properties close to the tracks. Test runs are reported to start again August 13 with scheduled service beginning at the end of September. Real estate near the tracks will finally have the unknown baggage lifted, and the whole region will begin to enjoy the benefit of local train service.
