I have a dream...for my blog

If you were a buyer or seller and you were going to choose a real estate professional based solely upon the content of their blog, what sort of content would influence your decision? 

This question sometimes runs through my mind when I am deciding what to write about.  I try to come up with unique, interesting content in hopes that if anybody is reading they will stop for a while.  It's an ongoing process for me.  There are so many bloggers I strive to emulate here on AR.  I cannot count how many times I have been reading blogs and I stop to read one that changes my perspective for the day, week, or from then forward.  This is my goal as I write for others.  

There are many bloggers who do the copy and past thing, but I don't think they understand the purpose of a meaningful blog.  I've read that if the information on your blog can be found on 100 other websites, then you haven't reached a level where your blog is sought after.  You are just drowning in the ocean of information, watching others surf their way to blogging success. 

I have a dream that one day my blog will be judged not by the style of its layout but by the richness of its content.
