Apparently in La Jolla California there are people who would like to enforce their ideals on others when it comes to Black's Beach.
It seems that La Jolla homeowners are tired of peering over the edges of their expensive ocean view homes to the site of the infamous Black's Beach. This didn't seem like such a problem when they purchased their La Jolla homes, so why now? Well, Blacks Beach is a nude beach. Has been for years!
