Make it a Goal to Buy a House

How do people get what they want?

Easy. First they have to know what they want, and visualize it. In your case, you want to buy a house. So we need for you to create the goal that you will buy a house. And to make it even better, you will buy this house in the next 6 months.

Experts tell us that to have a proper goal setting program we need realistic goals and a set deadline. Now we have both.

Next we need to tell everyone about our goal to create some leverage. Make sure all your kids and family know about the goal. Make it a family goal. Share with them what you need to do, as a family, to achieve this goal. Tell your friends so they can give you constant encouragement. And even your enemies so they can tease and make you work harder until you realize this dream.

Step 3 is to constantly be aware of the goal. Write on sheets of paper “We will own a house by _(date)_____”. And hang these papers up around the house, in your car, in your wallet and purse, and at work.

Step 4 is to follow the tips given to you by your lender. Faithfully do what you need to do to accomplish this goal on a daily basis. Do something everyday that will take you closer to your goal. Do something, anything, but take action everyday.

If you make a goal, and follow these 4 steps to accomplish it, you not only will have a house in 6 months, but you will have a system that you can use to get anything you want in life.
