AUCTION SEPTEMBER 20TH 11;00 AM
It happened again. Active Rain made possible a new connection for me, and a reconnection for one of my favorite clients. The other day I received an email through AR from a woman who used to live in Maryland and was a customer of Tatiana, my client with the fabulous historic church property. This woman has retired to Albuquerque and knew that Tatiana had moved to New Mexico as well. She had purchased a lot of Tatiana's wonderful pottery while in Maryland and wants to buy more. Did I have an address, phone, or email for Tatiana?
Absolutely! I emailed Tatiana who emailed her former and future client, and the connection was made. It's perfect timing, too, as Tatiana just had a successful ceramic show opening in Santa Fe.
Back in Maryland, I'm taking her former home/studio/gallery in Glenelg to auction on September 20…stay tuned for details to follow. The lucky new owners will have one of the most distinctive properties I've ever listed.

That's one of the things I love most about this business – helping people connect!

You've always been wonderful at connecting people, Margaret. I remember when we were in Albuquerque you had things set up with Tatiana for any of us who could visit her studio.
What a wonderful story. Such a beautiful place. What was the denomination of the church when it was originally built? I have a love for old churches!
Margaret, can't wait for the details.
Margaret, You always have such lovely pictures, especially of your listings. Very interesting...not the typical boring ones. Do you take them all yourself?
Sharon, I just wanted you to go to Tatiana's new studio and send me some photos. You are a wonderful people connector!
Sheri, It was a United Methodist. Why don't you come up to visit us in Maryland?
Missy,Will keep you updated.
Dawn,Yep, I keep my little camera with me most of the time. Wait til you see the new listing from today. Completely opposite..contemporary, waterfront etc.
Gorgeous pictures Margaret! What a neat church!
Thanks Chris. This is a neat property. Just have to get a very special buyer.
Erica, I think "my blog people" would love to hear about you being on tv and so would I!
