"Well, art is certainly one of many tactics we deploy to maximize your home's potential"
"No, I mean, you just have to do key areas in each room so that the photos of the space look good. Once the people get here, it doesn't matter what the rest of the room looks like, surely?"
"Are you saying that you bought your house from the photos you saw on-line? What happened when you walked through the door?
"We recognized all the photos. It felt like coming home. You know, kinda right somehow."

But you and I all know that the photos are becoming of primary importance ... why our own Sue Argue even specializes in it!This why we are staging with fewer items about nowadays - that spare look we get identified by - it looks cleaner and nicer in the photos.

Timely posting. I'm looking to stage my home for sale right now. This article was very informative.
The place looks beautiful! It is definately more attractive to have a home staged. The more neutral and clean a home looks the more likely a buyer is to feel like it is home and be able to picture there stuff in there.
Juliet, I like the clean look this staging job gives the house. Do you just take pictures of the items, compared to the rooms? It's a unique concept.
great post! Very helpful information. I am definitely looking forward to your next post.
Well, Andrew, I'm afraid my tongue was firmly planted in my cheek on this one. I think we need to be careful that the artful photo doesn't supercede the various selling aspects of each room in the house.
Hi Juliette, I received one of your emails and it was loaded with great information that I am spending hours and hours investigating. Its literally opened up a whole new avenue for me to market myself. Thank you and I look forward for more.

Thanks, Susan, very nice of you to actually open the email. The articles are all mine, but the newsletter concept came from a fantastic post by Melissa Marro - http://activerain.com/blogsview/60036/Newsletters-Getting-agent-attention. It is a handbook on how to do a newsletter. I'm sure you could do one with that middle section being chock full of information that would interest your target market.
