Even though I am a professional Realtor/Broker....I am not yet comfortable with this Blog.,..this is my very first introduction to a Blog....but when I do get comfortable...(opening up and perhaps relaying information that will be beneficial to the public and relaying information about the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska) you may hear more from me.
It seems as though there are a lot of people in the lower states that are purchasing land on the Kenai Peninsula...thank goodness for that since the housing industry has taken a major decline. Is there anyone out there who own land on the Peninsula and who would like to sell. (Some people buy lots so that they can come back and fish every summer) or who knows perhaps those 90's and 100 tempertures are getting to a lot of people. Well, whatever the case may be Welcome, Welcome there are a lot of misconceptions but Alaska is a wonderful place to live and We have the best Governor in the whole Country.
Will BLOG MORE WHEN I GET THE HANG OF IT.

Peggy, welcome aboard! Keep blogging, it is the only way to get the hang of it. You did great your first time out. You mentioned 4 or 5 things in this post which would make excellent stand-alone posts. For instance, tell us why your Governor is the best in the country. =) That's what's so beautiful about blogging. You've got unique experiences that can be shared. I'm looking forward to future posts.
Peggy, welcome to ActiveRain! Putting our words and thoughts out here can be a bit intimidating. I keep telling myself "Keep talking" and it becomes easier and easier. It's nice to meet you :-)
Peggy, I think you did just fine with your first blog. I always like to hear that people are proud of where they live. I'm sure that Alaska is a wonderful place to live. Welcome to ActiveRain.
Hi there Peggy - Welcome to Active Rain! You live in a beautiful place, my husband was stationed in Anchorage when he was in the Air Force and loved it. He's a northerner by birth, loved Alaska and was stationed in hot Texas in August from AK...what a culture shock for him! He's been out of the Air Force for a long time, but talks about his experienced in Alaska all the time.
You're going to love it here in the Rain. The people are wonderful and will share anything that will help you out whether in blogging or real estate.
Alright Peggy I'm waiting. tap - tap - tap of my shoe
I can't wait to see the beautiful photos you will post of this wonderful part of our country.
Good Luck Blogging, Just jump in!
