For all students of real estate, here is a good learning resource

For me, it's easy to sign up for weekly e-mail alerts from many different companies and then fail to read any of them as they come to my inbox.  I start to see so many of them that they all start looking the same. 

So I made an effort to start reading the alerts I receive from Bankrate.  I read one of their articles a while back, and posted on it, but since then I haven't paid much attention to the alerts.  That is going to change.  

They cover practically everything on this site that has to do with money and finances.  They've got news and advice, rates, calculators, and a load of other information.  Since we are counseled to be students of real estate, I believe that financial information such as that found on Bankrate.com should be part of our curriculum.  I am resolving to set aside maybe a half an hour to forty five minutes each morning to actively read some of the articles of interest.  I know this will help me, but it will also come out as I am talking with clients.  My goal is for them to know that I am a bit more knowledgeable than the average agent.
