Susie, how do the homes sold in Brandon compare to what's available? I guess I'm just looking for your absorption rate. It can't be as ugly as Miami's is right now. Nice report!

The DOM information is great for your clients. You could add the number still on the market and an absorbance rate to give even more information. I need to do a few market reports myself!
