Gyms in Salt Lake City, Utah

I am by no means the expert on this subject, but lately I have been doing some research.

I used to have a membership to Gold's Gym, which I thought was a very nice place.  I mostly attended the one in West Jordan, which was brand new at the time and very large.

This time around, I have researched a few different Gyms.  So far, 24 Hour Fitness has been to my liking.  They have a plan where you can attend 4 times per week and pay less than a regular membership.  Since I don't go to the gym any more than anyway, this would be good for me.  I like the machines there a little bit more that the ones at Gold's, although 24 Hour doesn't have as many.  They also have trainers available, if you want to pay for that sort of thing.

Here where I live in East Millcreek, there are other gyms closer but pricier.  Focus is just right up the street from me, and they offer a much more personalized and less crowded experience.  You do pay for it though.

That is where I stand now.  I'm leaning more toward 24 Hour, unless Gold's can beat their price for an old loyal customer.

Are there any good ones I'm missing?
