Foreclosure listings in Missouri Valley Iowa and Harrison County.

I've noticed quite a few phone calls lately with the same question. How can we find foreclosure properties for sale? I know its no secret if you pay any attention to the news that there are an above average number of foreclosures out there. In fact foreclosures account for half of my listings right now. When I list a foreclosure I am working for the bank that owns the property. They have contracted with my brokerage to have me market their properties.

I realize there are websites online that will show you area foreclosures for a feel or subscription to their website. There is no need to pay that fee when you can contact me directly to find foreclosures. In fact I can email the foreclosures to you straight from our MLS. Why pay when you can get the information for free? Contact me for a list in the area you are interested in.

You can always find a list of properties that are coming up for Sheriff's Sale along with the date of the Sheriff's Sale at the Harrison County Sheriff's Departments website. These properties have not actually been foreclosed on, but the process is underway. It is possible that it could be cancelled before the Sheriff's sale is complete.
