Paula, what a detailed market report!  You are right it appears to be a very diverse market.  What a nice tool to help people keep track of their neighborhoods!

Hi Marchel - This is the first report I have posted for the entire city of Indianapolis. It is rather extensive since it is such a large area. I like to do them occasionally to keep track of the different areas of the city.

What a beautiful aerial picture you have in that post.  I love the detail in this post - the area level detail helps show how varied Indy is with homes at every stop up to 2.9 million. 

Paula, all I can say is WOW!  This looks amazing.  Great Report on the Indy area!

Paula- Another great report.  It was also well presented and I am sure the consumers in your area eagerly awaits the report monthly.

Jennifer: Thanks! I always try to put market reports out at the first of the month. I often wonder though if people actually take the numbers literally. They are an overall view and not specific to a prticular neighborhood. I hope people undertsand that as they read.

Mana:  I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. I wish I were better at creating graphs and Excel. It wouldn't take me as long.....:)
