The Chatham NJ Real Estate & New Jersey Real Estate update for August 2007

August 2007 had 28 homes selling in Chatham New Jersey. A good number for the month of August. It just goes to show you how the national news media is cramming real estate statistics which are way to heavily influenced by states such as California, & Florida, where the real estate markets are just horrible compared to New Jersey. In fact in New Jersey Real Estate we are actually seeing a small amount of appreciation in the lower and mid priced houses and condos. It is a very small amount of appreciation but still it is appreciation rather than depreciation.

Chatham NJ Real Estate always seems to be in higher demand than many of the communities which are not on the Midtown Direct train line. It is understandable though considering the many positive things Chatham New Jersey has going for it. Great Schools, Great Transportation Services, Great Atmosphere, and Great People all combine to make Chatham New Jersey a great place to buy a home.
