There were 13 home sales to report in Madison New Jersey for the month of August 2007. As with the New Jersey Real Estate market as a whole, The Madison NJ Real Estate market just kept moving right along. Despite what the national news media has had to say all these many months New Jersey Real Estate especially in the North Eastern part of the state is still in demand.

As you can see the Madison NJ Real Estate market is doing much better than the news media would have your believe.  New Jersey Real Estate as a whole is doing better than the national statistics as well.
