I saw this and it confirms what I have been hearing from the Albuquerque Real Estate community. From nmrealtor.com "New Mexico Spared the Worst for Mortgage Lenders New Mexico has been spared the worst of the carnage that has claimed dozens of lenders around the country. The reasons?
