VOLUSIA COUNTY BUDGET HEARING TONIGHT

Attention all Volusia County Residents!


Please attend the County Budge Hearing tonight, September 6, at the Volusia Administration Building in Deland. (123 W. Indiana Ave)

They are asking for as many people as possible to come to help stop, or rather protest the "increase in taxes". Apparently last year at the same meeting, over 600 people were in attendance and they successfully stopped the increase. In fact, the City Council voted for a "roll back rate" instead!

If you do attend, they are asking that you wear red in support of this protest. (if possible) The good people with Volusia Tax Reform will be there to hand out Lapel Stickers too.
