Larimer County in the News.Fort Collins, Windsor unveil I-25 planNCBR Online reports that one of Northern Colorado's most antiquated highway junctions will be the subject of a public meeting Sept. 11 when Fort Collins and Windsor planners unveil designs and finance options for an overhaul. Property owners and the public will get their first look at a draft plan for the Interstate 25 interchange with Colorado Highway 392 at an open house from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association at the southeast corner of Colorado 392 and Larimer County Road 5. http://www.ncbr.com/enews.asp Many Greeley projects may go unfunded without sales tax increase A Greeley Tribune story says that, without a sales tax increase, city officials say they probably won't be able to make many improvements to Greeley's infrastructure in 2008 and beyond. The Fair provides educational programs on environmental and social responsibility and inspires thousands of people to take action on issues facing our communities and our planet. This year we are anticipating 8500 attendees from across the country. The Fair is September 15th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and September 16th from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
