Lizette, What a quaint little town it looks like....We have fall festivals but I haven't seen that many listed this year. I wish I was there---and hope you have a wonderful time!
Carole - There are so many in Kentucky it's hard for me to keep up with them. Last week was the Pottery Festival in Richmond. I didn't have time to write something about it. A good one in Oct. will be St. James Art Festival in Louisville. Then Court Days in Mt. Sterling. Both are my favorites.
I love this town you have written about it a time or two - I want to visit - adding this to my places to get away from it all
