I have four active seller listing presently and all are nice homes at a good price. Nobody's getting activity (showings). I call the agents in the areas I have listings and ask about their experience but keep hearing the same woes. Where are the buyers. Atlanta is growing by about 1,000 per month, [intown, per ARC #s] and they can't all be living in Post apartments? First time buyers take note. I have a lender partner with 400,000 dollars to give as free grants and millions more to lend at low rates even with no money down. This is the time to act. Get off your butt and call me. Let's get this party started. Blood is in the streets and we're at the bottom. You 'll never have a better opportuity than right now!! Best wishes!

Hi Randy,
Great post.... I am asking the same question...BUYERS WHERE ARE YOU? Things will get better.
Anthony
Buyers are out there....They're really plentiful....REALLY PLENTIFUL....just need to pull the trigger.
Same thing in Maryland. I'm thinking everyone has to live somewhere and if they aren't buying they must be renting (or just not moving at least with current owners). I may have to go buy myself some rental units to bring in income.
Randy, Great post. As your degree in economics has always told you, when they buyers "feel" better about their future opportunities, they will take action. The public is being bombarded with news about the mortgage meltdown, forclosures, etc. How can anyone "feel" good about the future. As the news media finds the next story to headline, then and only then will people begin to take action.
