Carolyn, I hope he is right. I am amazed at how some "Economist" are so accurate!
Best regards from Charlottesville!

I'm waiting for the next meeting to get the recap from Marc Benson. I didn't attend (this time) but wanted to know what Mr. Yun had to share.
His commentary is ANOTHER reason I won't buy print ads.
I wish the good doctor would have talked about the bad lenders as well. These are the guys who are trying to get into our business. Talk about the fox in the hen house...
Wow! That looks like it was a great meeting! Thanks so much for sharing!
Carolyn,
I was lucky enough to be present as well during Mr. Yun's presentation and could feel the entire room sigh with a sense of relief. Not only that, but the next morning our very own Naples Daily News (which hasn't been the most encouraging media to realtors in the past 12 months or so) ran an article about Mr. Yun's appearance and outlined the main points that he made. I am hoping this may help turn around the consumers attitude and get business moving in a more positive direction.
For those not fortunate enough to be present at this meeting, I am to understand that NAR shall make available his power point presentation on line. Keep a look out for this great information.
