This is the amount of Single Family Detached Homes we have for sale in Arizona as of 12:00 A.M. September 18, 2007. I have seen home prices for complete Flips for as low as $14,000, (no Pix to see though) in Coolidge. $35,000 in Casa Grande. NOTE: These are fixer uppers.

As you can imagine this is not including Condos/Townhomes, New Homes, etc... In my opinion, we will break the 50,000 mark before the end of the year. And I doubt that the number of Resale homes will make a dramatic fall anytime soon. With any luck the Feds will cut interest rates and the Media will pick up on this and make a big deal of it like they did with all the problems in the market. I can only hope this plays a number on the buyers minds forcing them into action. Thus reducing the amount of homes for sale.

And with the Super Bowl coming here next year with out of town folks, maybe some will like our beautiful weather in January and buy a home. I have hope that this market will change, I know it will but with this many homes, its a question when and how long.
