This is what is been happening to the median price of Phoenix, AZ homes. Phoenix is a geographically large city so certain parts of Phoenix prices do vary from location to location. This is mainly a glimpse of median home prices in the Phoenix area. This does not include North Phoenix, Central Phoenix, West Phoenix, East Phoenix, etc... Or other cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, etc.. It is a rough estimate at best.

How is the Phoenix market in mid-November? Any signs of more/less activity? Prices down further , or have they stabilized?
Is there a public source of such regular info for those of us in other parts of Arizona? Our market is much affected by yours!
