Maricopa is growing by leaps and bounds.  Why?  Well, its relatively close to employement centers in the Valley (Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert/Ahwatukee) and is comparably quite affordable.  There is quite a bit of inventory out there not to mention great, GREAT deals on spec homes.  So what's so great about Cobblestone Farms, you ask???

Ever take highway 347 into Maricopa?  What's the 1st subdivision you see (on your right)?  Yup, Cobblestone Farms (sure, one could argue that Rancho El Dorado is spotted first on the left....splitting hairs!).  In addition, Cobblestone Farms is built by Fulton homes - one of the most respected builders in the valley.

But what about the subdivision itself, you may be wondering?  It has greenbelts, parks, lakes.  It is well manicured.  Appearances suggest it might be a bit of suburban heaven.

Finally what about the homes?  What are current market conditions?  Well, homes in this subdivision can range any where from about 1300 square feet upwards to around 4000 square feet - quite the range suitable for just about anybody!  These homes range in price from about 150k to past 500k (see data YTD '07 per ARMLS below)
