Over 600 Kansas City Homes on Display
One of my favorite times of the year is the Kansas City Parade of Homes where 640 homes are on display through out the Greater Kansas City area. The dates are from September 16 - 30th with open times from 11:00 am to 6:00pm.
This event is the 60th annual Parade of Homes and is free to the public for admission. Location of homes are scattered through out eight counties with 338 homes in Kansas, 141 homes in Missouri North, 146 homes in Missouri South, and 14 homes in the urban living section of downtown Kansas City.
The sponsor of the Parade of Homes is the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. And there are free copies of the guide of the Parade of Homes, this book is full of homes and sponsors of this event. Need a copy, visit one of the parade homes or contact the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City.
The homes are marked by orange and white directional signs and participating homes have the number of the home listed on the home and directional signs. For a map you can look here, or inside the guide.
Home prices range from $99,950 to $1,8 million and should you want to view renderings or floor plans, look at the http://www.kcparadeofhomes.com/ site.
Check it out! Or Call if you need further information!
