Looking for a Career in Real Estate in Frederick County

Looking for a Career In Real Estate in Frederick County MD
1512 Ridgeside Dr, Mt Airy, MD 21771

Any more it seems that everyone you meet in Frederick County is either in Real Estate or has been in Real Estate. Why is that? For the most part everyone thinks it’s easy money. All that commission you get to keep!!! First of all it’s not all that easy and definitely not a lot of money when you are trying to run your own business. The broker gets a piece, the goverment gets a piece, etc… We have seen a continuous exodus to the industry since the market has slowed down and this is not a bad thing… plenty of folks got into this industry and really shouldn’t have in the first place. Good people, but just not made for real estate. It comes with a lot of responsibility to wear that big old R.

If you are self motivated, persistent and great with people, then you might have what it take to start a career in real estate. If you are interested in a career in real estate, contact me for more information or times for our Career Nights. I will gladly go over what it takes to begin a successful career in real estate. There is much more than going to real estate school and taking classes for Principles and Practices of Real Estate. You need to know what’s involved with the whole process.

Maybe you are already in real estate and you not happy with your current arrangement with your brokerage, I will gladly go over what Long & Foster can do for you to help you succeed. Interviews and phone calls are always confidential. I have been in your shoes and know what your are going through.

Bob - What a great way to let local professionals learn more about you and Long and Foster - Nice use of RES. Good luck finding great Real Estate Agents in Fredrick Maryland.

Shhh...I'll call when I relocate.

Cyndee is right, great way to get the word out about your firm Bob.

Cyndee, Thanks, I have been waiting for an opportunity to use the flyers function.

WooHoo, Mums the word.

Thanks Jason...appreciate the feedback.

VERY nice use of RES .... !  We may have to talk about the RES Blog, OK?  :o)

What a clever little bugger you are!

Jeff has added a nice little feature to his Real Estate Shows.  This is the Flyer feature.  Can you imagine if this was a house?  It would look real sharp.

Bob - Very nicely done.  I would certainly call if I lived in Fredrick and was looking to make a change.  Alas, I'm living in beautiful, sunny, SoCal and love my broker.  I'm so blessed!

Awesome way to use RE Flyers !

I finally got a minute to watch the show.  Clever!  And I love the "Desk Duty for Free Company Leads"  What a nice euphemism for "Floor Time".  <s>

Marlene, I glad to hear that...maybe there are some great agents like yourself not happy with their broker here in Sunny Central Maryland.

Missy, the ideas are endless with this new feature.

Chery,  ;-)

maybe if you throw in some ginzu knives I'll consider it.....

Bob -  If I were younger and could actually focus long enough to use all the tools out there, I would call you and ask "how do I do that".  As it is, I can't even get a RES link to appear in craigslist.

Nicely done sir, nicely done

Call me sometime...I can walk you through it. Thank you for the compliment!

Maggie, how about something from the AR Prize Catalog?

Great idea, Bob, to use your blogging for recruiting.  I'll bet you're an awesome recruiter, manager, trainer.   Are you posting these recruiting blogs on your outside blog? a L&f blog?

LOL...Margaret, if you google Long & Foster Blog...mine comes up.  I have posted on it, but not the flyer...yet.

Bob - you've slipped to the bottom of my subscribed list.  I need a fix.

Bob,

If I google my name on all of them I still come up on top...what that does..no idea? If they are not looking for my name does it really make any difference?:)

Bob, when I was living in Maryland I hung out in Frederick and didn't know one person in real estate LOL. Tradespeople yes :-)  Maybe one of them will read your blog and take you up on it, it's a great career!
