It took four years from design to completion of construction, but Gozzer Ranch and Arrow Point are now served by the first Class "A" effluent reuse system in North Idaho. The plant uses a membrane bioreactor to treat the wastewater that is then used to irrigate the golf course.

Hard to believe that something to do with wastewater is actually interesting. Much better than using perfectly good drinking water to water the golf course...
I agree completely. I think it's wonderful that they are utilizing resources this way. With all growth and development there is some complaining. Often it's about resources. Gozzer Ranch found a way to help, not hinder our resources.
